33-year-old patient wanted to eliminate hereditary submental fat otherwise known as the double chin. She chose Dr. Ronan to perform his signature neck lift on her which includes Liposuction of neck and chin area, undermining the skin (which allows it to contract), removing fat pad under the neck muscles, plicate or tighten the neck muscles (which reduces/eliminates banding) and redraping of the skin. All of this is accomplished with a tiny poke hole behind each ear and a small incision in a wrinkle under the chin.
