Sandy, RN, MSN, FNP-BC
	Sandy Draghi began working with Dr Ronan in 2008. She attended the University of San Francisco where she was awarded a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry with honors. Sandy continued her education and received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco where she graduated cum laude. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Since graduating with her Masters in 2005, Sandy has focused her career in Aesthetic Services and Plastic Surgery. Sandy has extensive training and experience in myriad aesthetic procedures and has focused her practice on skin rejuvenation procedures (Botox, Dysport, Restylane, etc.). Sandy also performs various laser procedures, skin-care and acne treatments as well as small office procedures. In addition to her technical acumen, Sandy also brings a wonderful bedside manner to work every day and deeply cares for each of her patients. Hence, she plays a key role in patient consultations, surgery scheduling and pre-operative appointments.“I have an extremely gratifying job with the fortune of being by a patient’s side throughout the entirety of their journey. I meet them the day they walk in the door, assist them through the pre-operative, surgical, and recovery stages and have the reward of seeing the smiles on faces post-operatively. Amy
	Amy is the Business Office Administrator for Blackhawk Plastic Surgery and has worked for Dr Ronan since 2005. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the practice; including medical financing, insurance authorizations and billing. Her tenure and knowledge of the Aesthetic industry makes her a valuable asset to BPS. While also assisting at the front desk, She is Obagi Certified and educates our patients on their skin care needs. She loves being a part of the BPS team and considers it her home away from home.
Bri
	Brianna has been the Surgical Technician for Blackhawk Plastic Surgery since 2007. She works closely in the operating room with Dr Ronan, our registered nurses and anesthesiologist to deliver appropriate patient care before, during, and after surgery. Bri is also a certified iLipo technician. Her calm, nurturing demeanor puts patients at ease and is happy to offer her help in any way she can. She is an enthusiastic team player who also assists the front office.Bri is happily married and a proud mother of 2.
Brette

Diana, RN, MSN
	Diana Kalliaras joined Dr. Ronan’s staff in 2007. She brought with her 10 years of hospital care, specializing in Intensive Care and Infection Control. “I enjoy being a part of the patient’s entire process from our initial visit to seeing the gratification they experience post surgery. My passion lies in educating the patient and their family so they feel comfortable throughout their recovery. I am privileged to work with a close, consistent, supportive staff and we have wonderful patients.” She received her Masters in Nursing through University of Washington. While not at work, she volunteers within Danville and the greater Bay area. She is happily married and raising two lovely daughters.
